Best credit card and customer service?

I’m looking to open a new credit card, and I would like to point out first and foremost I am very responsible with my credit charging, so not necessary lecture there.

I currently have a Discover Card which I LOVE but unfortunately in the area I’m in alot of places don’t accept discover (or amex). I previously had a CitiCard but I wouldn’t go back to that bank if it were the LAST bank on earth, I’d just have everything in cash. The customer service was HORRIBLE, the absolute WORST I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Also they constantly ‘didn’t receive’ many many online payments, even thought it was paid the day the statement was released, and already deducted from my checking account. They also constantly bumped up my intrest rate even though I’ve NEVER missed or was late on a payment. I would never-ever go back to Citibank!!!!

So I’m looking for good experiences with other credit card companies, what you like/don’t like about them. Please DO NOT suggest Amex, Discover (not widely accepted in my area) or Citicard
